Tea Time with Alice

20150913_185228 (2)Simply, it’s never about the cost of the clothes.20150913_185721 (2)In fact, looks can be deceiving.

20150913_190234 (2)So this is my Easter outfit – or, at least, that’s what people always ask me. Does it look costly? Perhaps. Was it? No, not at all. Though I won’t blame you for wrongfully assuming that, considering the shoes are Hugo Boss and  jacket from JC Penney.

The total price for everything (jacket, shoes and dress pants) was less than $20. It’s amazing what you can find at a local thrift store if you have the patience. I admit “thrifting” isn’t for everyone, but it can be the difference between paying $200 vs $20.

Think about it.
